There is allocations of 450,000 barrels crude oils daily consumption, if these barrels are given to Dangote to refine the price of PMS should not sell more than 700 litres. Also there are over 780 derivates from crude oil, so we will gain kerosene, aviation fuel diesel and other derivates that we can sell to lower the price of PMS. NNPCL must be warned not to swap our crude oils for loans, or for export. We must not export crude oil again.
