Afe Babalola could not pursue Dele in due process because he got his license in a jungle way. Afe should not have used the State resources to abduct Dele across hundreds of miles to his domain but his star has gone asunder ooo while Dele's STAR is glooming all over the world right now!!! His book is now a " Best seller". I even purchased 60pcs, gave them out and will still buy more on AMAZON....period!!!

The use of Court of Appeal position is misapplied. Not using the state resources is not in this context. The Criminal Code in the state in question provides for criminal defamation, and the Police is a Federal body and can arrest outside the state of commission of crime. The fact that it is between a "big" person and a "small" person does not make it wrong to have used the valid position of the law.

Farotimi is not a bad guy, but what needs to be considered is best comparison of political space activism and a Private environment. If that is done, little or none will they found themselves in an unexpected legal crisis. If you make use of law at your convenience and you are caged by the same law, that needs extreme carefulness.

Can this of the Dele Farotimi on Nigeria and Criminals Justice System in comparison to my Social Work registration then in UK ( where my Postgraduate Diploma in Social Work from same LAGOS STATE UNIVERSITY, which was in comparison with Diploma in Social Work in United Kingdom - with GSCC) and by extension with similarly a course later under took in the Open University in UK named - Social Policy and Criminalogy. ❤!
