Hello Angel! Sorry to say this pero hindi po kami pinagawan ng ganyang format eh. Kung ano lang po yung nakita ko na na abnormal finding yun po ang ninonote ko bale before the assessment inaaral ko po muna lahat ng normal and abnormal findings so that kapag chineck ko po yung patient makaclassify ko kung yung problem ganon po
