Lexi, I really like this collection! Even though it appears simple for a holiday collection I like that it can be worn everyday. The shadows are so nice & pigmented. I like how you combined the brown & silver shadows. And I love the Lip Cristals especially the nude one. Great tip on wearing them on top of a regular lipstick if you don’t want as much glitter. I am really excited about these. I love an easy duo. I reach for an indie palette if I want exciting colour stories. Mind you, I still want a Prada palette. I am not so excited by the lip sugars. 😊Love the duos. I'm very tempted by the grey and burgundy. They'd work great too used together! I've been wanting the Pangolin shade too. It was sold out the last times I checked the website. I suspect Chantecaille made duos to plain get more money 😂 it's much more expensive than their quads to buy several duos. And I'm sure they count on people picking up multiple.

Hi Lexi! Thank you for this thorough review. The silver duo is my favorite item in this (so-called) holiday collection. I like the Pink topaz shade but I have to pass on it because I always get glitter all around my mouth whenever I wear glittery lipsticks (all brands). In my opinion, the eye duos are lackluster - they’re fine for everyday looks - not festive looks. With every new Chantecaille collection, I wonder who is currently holding the reins. (Big change since the days when Sylvie and her daughters were designing new collections.) Thanks again.

Hi Lexi! I appreciate your videos so much. You really go into depth about the pros and cons of the products and show so many comparisons. I enjoy some of Chantechaille products; rose finishing spray, rose tint, lip chics and the eyeshadow singles. The lip crystals caught my eye last year but sold out. I am really considering this new collection, especially the silver/taupe duo and both lip crystals. I like the cheetah palette but hard to justify the purchase given my new ND warm palette. I’m so glad I finally saw this. I was debating on what to get from this collection, and you really helped me out. I love the lip crystals, and I’m going to pick up both shades. I also like all three of the eyeshadow palettes. I want Cassis and Silver Willow, but I was debating between Jasmine and the Cheetah trio, which I haven’t purchased yet. I’m thinking that the Cheetah palette might be a better choice for my complexion, and it isn’t that much more than the Jasmine palette. Plus I get another shade, although I probably won’t use the cream color as much. I already have the Cheetah in the single, which I bought to use as an inner corner highlight for the Cheetah palette. I’m glad you showed what it’s like to mix a couple of shades. That makes these palettes even more versatile.

Are you referring to their Ma Palette case? I don't love their singles that fit in there personally. Some shades are nice for soft washes of color but I don't use them much.

Excellent review! I agree that those lip crystals make great toppers for other lipsticks. Especially mattes. The have Pink Quartz from last year. But I think Chantecaille missed the mark. Their best seller for holiday is often a jazzed up powder compact. And none this year. Thanks for the video!💚

Yes, Christmas is coming, but that's only a few days, well, i love both, i love a festive look but i also love these everyday friendly foolproof safe for eyes and lips products, and they look amazing on you dear Lexi!!!🤩🤩🤩🤩Did they stop these beautiful duo's like Kenya, Tibet, Monte Carlo etc? Did not know, love these! I will absolutely purchase the neutral brown eyeshadow duo, Chantecaille is still my favorite brand, but have to wait until it shows up here in Europe, which is no problem, makep enough. That's tough! I think it depends on the color you want. Dior is better for the plummy shades but if you don't want something in the deeper color range, you won't see as much glitter so the Chantecaille wins for the lighter shades. Personally, I have been reaching more for the Chantecaille.

Lexi, you decided to pass on the shin tint? And I’m surprised that they didn’t do any blushes for holiday. I usually gravitated towards the more neutral tones so you’d think I’d go for the jasmine but I think that bit of warmer undertone yet light color doesn’t make it for me. I would have thought the cassias one would be the last one as I don’t do burgundy, but I think because it has a cooler undertone and I like the shimmer shade, I think I really like it. I really wished they did a trio or quad instead so there would be an interesting shade to complement but give some depth. Just not sure if this is where I’d want to put my dollars for eyeshadows for holiday. And I love that in comparisons you showed last year’s pink which was a single shade but really liked and had to have it🤷🏼‍♀️ I do love these lipsticks, special occasion wear. The one you are wearing may be the item I go for from this collection.

I don't really have that issue but if you are looking for a firmer pencil, check out Jones Road. Those lip pencils are great and are a drier formula so don't get too soft.
