Chantilly cream is the French name for whipped cream that's lightly sweetened and flavoured with vanilla. Use it as you do plain whipped cream to decorate cakes, pipe onto cupcakes, dollop on fruit and swirl onto sundaes!
To make whipped cream hold its fluffy texture and piped form for 2 to 3 days, stabilise it by adding mascarpone. It won't alter the flavour or texture. Other methods (like cornflour/cornstarch, gelatine) are unreliable or not very pleasant to eat!

1 cup of cream, 1/2 cup icing sugar, dash of vanilla and 1/3 cup of Mascarpone, it is so easy glad l found this site.

Nagi this the best ever, I've done this several times and it keeps so beautifully in the fridge, waiting to be use, in the past whipped cream has never kept so pipeable...⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful. Also mascarpone cheese adds flavour. I wouldn’t make cream without it.

Chantilly only includes sugar and cream. This is chantilly au mascarpone. (Éclairs are filled with crème pâtissière, something else altogether. Through a hole in the bottom.)

And that eclair filled with patissiere cream which has 4-6 eggs and smells like an omlet everywhere. Only French are making Eclairs as an omlet, the entire world is using soft cream without eggs.

This is not Chantilly cream. Chantilly cream has only 3 ingredients, 30%+ cream, powdered sugar and vanilla.
