Well, you have made me rethink my way of grocery shopping. I usually just go to the store and buy whatever and then go from there. It makes so much more sense to plan ahead. The only time I have a list is if show a new recipe. So happy I found your channel. Have a wonderful week. 😊

I usually get sauerkraut from the Polish section. Here in The Netherlands a little tiny container of kimchi is about 7 euros but I can get a big container of Polish sauerkraut (almost a kilo) for about 2,95 and just add some spicy sauce for a similar feel! Chickpea flower I will buy from the Asian supermarket because it's much cheaper too.

Hi! That interesting, I'm from Poland and my parents are obssesed with this and they were preparing tones of cans of it themselfs in some years ;) so I guess it is logical that Polish section has it haha ;) it is popular here I guess, and supposedly pickled things are healthy. To sour for me though ;)

That farmers market produce is so gorgeous! The beet kraut from that sauerkraut brand is my go to for salads and sandwiches, it has such a fresh and unique flavor.

Thanks for your videos! Do you have special containers for keeping washed greens , I mean I have never tried to do like this, I always thought that if I wash the greens they will spoil very quickly. So may be the container where you keep them has specific features?

Chanty, that kite hill greek yogurt can you describe the taste? I love yogurt especially greek but when I tried it a couple of weeks ago it tasted really bitter like when something is spoiled. Also a I make my own chickpea flour for $1.25 which is the cost of a pound bag of dry chickpeas.

This one is pretty sour! But I like the texture it’s super thick. How do you make chickpea flour?!
@Angela10226 Жыл бұрын
@@Chantymarie so I guess I should not have thrown it away?? Next time I'll be prepared. Just put the uncooked chickpeas in your bullet blender. I don't have a Vitamix so I tried it in that and it worked just like when I make the oat flour. Do you have some recipes to share using it?
