Great drill. Pitchers fielding is overlooked at the lower levels, especially middle school. That's where a lot of errors come in.

Too many guys standing around. I counted :43 seconds one of the guys at 2B waited in between taking throws. Cut the INFs in half (maybe just one per base) and it's a good drill.

You're an idiot. This is still SO much better than the 1970's Little League style in which there would be fielders in every position and players would stand around for much more than 43 seconds

You’ve clearly never played beyond little league. This is a simple I/O drill done at almost every travel ball practice all the way through JUCO, D-1 and D-2. Your ignorance is mind boggling.
