Live Order Block Trade on E Mini S&P 500 Using Power Trades

In this video, I am showing you a live order block trade that I took today on the E-Mini S&P 500 Futures. The order block is a type of supply and demand created by institutional traders placing large block orders at specific levels in the market. The block orders are broken up into what is known as iceberg orders. We suspect these levels to hold liquidity as the block order cannot be filled all at once. When the price comes back to the level, we look to trade with the smart money.

What total volume amount are you using in power trade? 2000? Also, time interval- 5.0 sec or 3.0 sec?

How exactly is an order block defined? Is there some sort of theory that says when a bearish order block is created, price will return to it and sell off?
