Hi liv. Always keep up with your channel as Arlo is the same age as my youngest so you’re super relatable. Regarding potty training, my son started early and was sorted by 22 months but my daughter on the other hand was about 2 and 5 months when she was finished potty training. She would always say no and try avoid it when I asked her if did she want to try use the potty, so we just spent a week fully concentrating on it and my full focus on her. She cracked it really quickly being slightly older and now she’s potty trained during the day, no problems at all. It is just persevering I think, no super mum hacks, Arlo will have the hang of it in no time. You’re a fab mum, I always think how amazing it is that you do all the art/craft activities for him 😊 xx

My boy is 4 now and he used to do exactly the same I have nearly died in shock a few times when he's pelted off!! This was around 2.5 years. The terrible twos are really terrible. When my boy was 3 we tried the potty training on and off but it was his school nursery that helped it the most. They just said one day to not put a nappy on him. He did have some accidents but within 2 weeks he had clocked it. Thank the lord. I feel the past 3 years for me have been a drag. I like your Honest vlogging and can totally relate especially the trying to tidy but then he just chucks things again 😅

Oh my gosh !! Glad it isn’t just me then, and they laugh and find it funny don’t they. They just don’t understand danger at this age so it’s v difficult for us mamas. I think our nursery start with them when they are 3. My aim is to wait until the weather gets a bit warmer so we can just let him run around no nappy xx

My two year old daughter has improved massively at bed time with her paw patrol reward chart and stickers from PP. Honestly has been immense and helped so much! Related to potty training with my now 14 year old I never used a potty he went straight to toilet as I saw it as training them twice. My 2 year old daughter is currently telling us about how she needs or has had a poo and or a wee. I think we need to let the child tell us. With the running into the road I would look to walk as much as you can to explain the dangers. Bless you on those journeys and the drives are epic!

Aw I appreciate this so much! Sorry for the late reply. Yes I totally agree, I will be guided by Arlo with potty training he has been saying he wants to do it occasionally. My plan is when it get to summer he will be 3 and they start doing it at nursery then too. To then have more of a focus on it when the weathers warmer and he can just go without a nappy easily. The running into the road thing is so bad isn’t it. I do explain but he doesn’t get it yet, he just laughs and finds it funny. Toddlers are wild! Have a nice long weekend 🐰

We tried to potty train my little one at 2 and half. She was having none of it. She woke up one morning a month after she was 3 and said she wanted pants on. And went in potty twice then straight to the toilet. Dry at night straight away. Think they decide. When she decided to we just didn’t go anywhere and kept putting her in the toilet every 20/30 mins had a timer and put her in pants. There is a book a lot recommended oh crap potty training. But never got change to read it. Mine is 4 now

Oh wow thanks so much! I need to get my hands on that book. I think that so true there’s no point rushing them they kind of tell you when they’re ready. I think I’m gonna try when the weather get a bit warmer. Xx

@@athomewithliv yes it was the reselling & never actually owning the house. We just bought a 3 bed house but obviously living were you do, the prices will be much higher. Good luck whatever you choose to do. New subscriber by the way x
