Warning: Does not work with vegan/plant based which is what we did - we tried it with normal protein and sooo much better
Warning 2: The bread should also be cooked in a non glass pan-glass is not a good conductor and the top will not cook as well
with that said - here is the ingredients:
2 over ripe bananas
60g flour
100 mL of any kind of milk you like - we used lactose free
2 scoop (60g) of protein powder
35g Sweetner (however for someone who does not have a sweet tooth like me I prefer 15g but Chap had the last word :P)
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Baking Powder - optional but recommend
