No, Not the entire trip (depending on where you are traveling to). The musicians, clowns, etc. get on and off the busses to gather tips. Usually one or two songs. You are always free to move and or ask the musician to move down the aisle. I don't think that they would take offense if you asked it in the proper manner... YMMV

That drumming may become annoying. I will need an attitude adjustment. Pray this grow to my preferences. It makes me tense up, not what I prefer.

They are not on every bus ride. It is just one of the things you will see from time to time. Mexico is full of "new" experiences...

Joy Overley Yes, going to Mexico most definitely requires an attitude adjustment. You have to learn to chill out, relax and become open and accepting of whatever is happening. If you want it to be just like at home, forget it. Mexico is very noisy with lots of loud celebrations and so many people are living life joyfully, in colour, not living beige like people do north of the border. Just riding the bus or walking down the street becomes an interesting adventure and you never know what you’ll discover. The people are wonderful.
