True. In Manipur Kukis ( Zo fate) we are around 7/8 lakhs, in Assam Kuki/Hmar ( almost 2 lakhs). Really huge population.

During Chapchat kut, traditionaly you are not allowed to have arguments with anyone.. so alot of husbands would use this time to bring home their wifes who have left the marrage due to arguments.. and it is compulsory to have meat at this day.. the tradition is that every family must have meat for dinner.. (meat is a very rare resource that only the families of the best hunters can afford)
