The Chaplet of the Five Wounds of Christ focuses on the five wounds of Jesus Christ during his crucifixion. It is a way to meditate on and honor the suffering and sacrifice of Jesus for the salvation of humanity.

Even as I struggle to support my children and myself I trust in you Lord. I know life gets hard but God please continue to give me the strength to keep going because I want to give up. Since losing my job for declining the vaccine I’m constantly faced with financial hardships. I declined the vaccine because I have heart disease and lupus. I’m now waitressing but not making nearly enough to support my two boys. With both my sons being special needs it’s so expensive raising them. Jesus hear my cries. I’m so ashamed. Struggling to support my children has been so difficult also because I am a single mother. Struggling to buy groceries. Struggling to pay rent. It’s not easy but I’m keeping faith. I've tried finding a Catholic explanation for what this means. From what I read, the reference to "they have numbered all my bones" is to say that not one bone of Jesus (the Lamb of God) was broken, fulfilling prophecy in the passages: Exodus 12:46, Numbers 9:12, and Psalm 34:21.

the pentagram was originally a symbol of the 5 wounds of jesus christ but was adapted and given up for superstition of inverted stars was allegedly blasphemic to the catholic church. the upside down cross was saint peters cross. none of these symbols hold devilish means but only the sin in which the one who carries and gives power to these kinds of symbols. he can forgive and you can repent. as a child of the lord you can think and act.
