Your history of Chappo y su conjunto has some errors. Arsenio visited NYC in 1947 to see about an operation to restore his sight and returned to Cuba. He left to live in NYC in 1951 and gave Chappottin the conjunto minus his 2 brothers, Quiqui and Raul plus his cousin Rene Scull who relocated to NY with Arsenio. Chappotin y sus Estrellas were found in 1952.
