Thanks for sharing. Have you got any publisher/distributor here in the UK? The delivery cost of $60 is way to high. Are you planning to issue an ebook?

My pleasure. We appreciate the concern about the high cost of shipping to Europe. It is an understandable deterrent. We have looked in to having a distributor on that end but thus far, have not found a situation that works. Also we’ve gone back and forth about the E-book issue but for now, do not have any plans to produce the book in that format.
