Don't know if someone is gonna responde me since the video is 2 years old (i haven't finished the video wile i'm typing this so if my anwer will be responded later on i'll delete this). I don't get how, in the part about funtional groups, the double bounded O in the carboxyl group can give an electron to the -OH. It has the 8 electron stability (2 e - duet end 4 shared with C) wouldn't it become insable if it gives one away? The time is 20:54
