223. The most virtuous deed: Jihad:
"The closest deed and worship to Allah, the Almighty and Exalted, is jihad in the way of Allah. "Nothing can come close to him in virtue." (Bukhari, Muslim)

225. Obedience to the order and participation in the war:

228. The virtue of rescuing captives:
"Whoever rescues a captive from the hands of the enemy, that captive who is saved is mine. In other words, he will be rewarded as if he saved me." (Tabarani)
229. Punishment for abandoning jihad
"When you shop only with 'inna', when you cling only to the tail of the ox, when you consent to agriculture and thus abandon and neglect the war against the enemy, Allah will impose on you a humiliation that He will not be able to remove until you return to caring for your religion." ( Abu Dawud)

231. Desire for jihad:
"Whoever desires jihad without doing war or jihad and dies without saying to himself, "I wish I were one of the mujahids", dies on a branch of the habit of hypocrisy." (Muslum)
232. Heaven is under the shadow of swords:
"Heaven is under the shadows of the swords used by veterans. (Hakim, Beyhakî)
233. Either a martyr or a veteran:
"Anyone who fights in the way of Allah is under the guarantee of Allah, who either quickly forgives him and has mercy on him as a martyr, or returns him to his homeland with reward and booty as a veteran. "He who fights in the way of Allah is like one who fasts during the day and worships at night without getting tired until he returns from the battle." (Ibn Majah)
234. Wanting to be resurrected and become a martyr again:
"I swear to Allah, in whose hand is my soul, that if it were not for the small believers, for whom it is not pleasant for them to remain behind, but for whom I could not find an animal to ride on, I would not have remained behind any of the troops fighting the enemy in the way of Allah. I would definitely go and do jihad. I swear to Allah, in whose hand is my soul, that I would really like to be killed in the way of Allah, be martyred and be resurrected again, be martyred again and be resurrected, be martyred again and be resurrected again.'' He who strives in the way of Allah with his life and property is a believer. (Bukhari)
238. Jihad after belief in Allah:
''The most virtuous of deeds is to believe in the oneness of Allah. Then it is jihad. Then, the acceptable pilgrimage is the one that comes before other deeds. "From where the sun rises (at 0 degrees) to where it sets." (Ahmed b. Hanbel)
239. Jihad in the way of Allah;
- "O Abu Said, whoever agrees to accept Allah as his Lord, Islam as his religion, and Muhammad, that is, me as his Prophet, then heaven will be obligatory for him."
This pleased Abu Said;
O Messenger of Allah! "Give me those words again," he said.
After that, Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said:
There is another thing by which Allah saves His servant.
