Sir i have a question that when ever we have to change diameter into radius we simply divide that by 2 example,if 8 is the diameter then 4 will simply be the radius but here,if 7/2 came first radius then why dont we change it Please must RPLYYY

You can also change it when you divide 7/2 , you will get 3.5 So you can take it also But as he did it becomes easy to solve this fast

What Is the role of CSA of hemisphere?..Why we write itt

CSA of hemisphere means only the curved part of that hemisphere. If u take TSA of hemisphere the base which is a circle will be also included . In the case of CSA the base which is circle will be excluded, because the base which is a circle is not curved .
