I am in Las Vegas, Nevada. Why does my life feel like a torture chamber of guilt and failure, and being alone in it? People can make others feel depressed and perhaps suicidal if they always make them feel guilty, and inferior, as well as pitiable. I always fantasize getting out of this situation. I do not think I can be happy around my parents and immediate relatives. Everybody else is blessed to be the manifestation of moral perfection. How did that happen? I missed that course.

You're welcome! If you are asking whether a decrease in the tax on saving (a decrease in the capital gains tax) will increase the supply of loanable funds.....yes, it will.
