No it should not shut down. If AR = AVC , firm should continue production. But when AR < AVC then a firm should shut down

Thanks you sister for your wonderful explanation, but i still have 1doubt regarding 1st behaviour principals.. Assume that a businessman Total revenue is 40k and his total fixed cost is 15k and his total average cost is 30k. You said that if we can cover total variable cost them we can survive in business. But also that businessman have to pay rent 15k to his owner. If he don't pay how can owner be tolerating and how the business man survive.. also you said TR: TVC+TFC . Then zero economic profit. But how can he survive and manage off , again invest in business without having any money in pocket
