Hello Jon. Thank you so much for ALL of these videos! I was recently told that I have an opportunity for an entry-level IT job, but have very little time to study for it. These series have been a life-saver in trying to format a reasonable lesson plan. QUESTION: When reviewing the quiz at the end, the 1st question states that 1 PB is a quadrillion bits, but isn't it bytes?

Hi Julie. I appreciate the kind words and am glad that these videos have been beneficial to you. ANSWER: 1PB is 1 Petabyte which equals a quadrillion bytes. Since one byte equals 8 bits, then 1PB is 8 quadrillion bits. That is a mistake on my part. Thank you for pointing that out.

Great video just in case anyone didn't notice I believe there's a typo in the first review question, it should say bytes instead of bits, I'm not sure if the exam will try to get you to confuse the two but they are very different in case anyone didn't catch that

Hi, Number 8 - SSD more Expensive than a HDD. I would disagree as it depends of where you live and what your getting. If I buy it from my local PC shop, it might be more expensive, but if I buy it from China via Aliexpress, it would be cheaper as the cost of living in Ireland is through the roof at the moment and has been for a long time. :-)
