I waited for more than a day for this upload. Worth it. I read this chapter and cried at the loss of the lower promised land but felt utter jubilation of Moses’ inheritance of the better and higher Promised Land. I was comforted to know that anything God takes away/withholds/sin unfortunately prevents is worth not getting because my Father has better things in store if I stay faithful and forsake my sins 🙌🏽🙌🏽 The Lord rebuke thee Satan!!

God spoke “mouth to mouth” with Moses so I love the idea that at the very end God bent down to breathe back into himself the life of Moses

This chapter really blew my mind. I got really close to Moses throughout his life and for the better most part of the past chapters. I feel like we invested ourselves in his life, his struggles and how God truly loved His servant. Now…his chapter closes and my heart is very sad that there was none like him in all the earth. I can’t wait to meet him face to face and talk to him about every single step he took towards the promised land. This chapter had so many gems, it will be hard to match! My word was DISPUTE. A remarkable journey has ended, but I know that God had so much more better plans for Moses, I mean…just imagine, Moses literally opening the heavenly gates for Christ. Amazing…I am overwhelmed.

53:14, Pastor D., when you intreated our imagination to Christ pacing in Heaven, unsettled by the absence of Moses, his dear friend, it occurred to me that hitherto, God had not spent so much precious time with a human being since before the fall. And just like a parent in tight relationship with his child, he couldn't resist the urge to go get him. Because Moses did things that just fascinated God (I mean "I'd rather you blot my name from the book of life), in effect God couldn't stop thinking about him. What a surety that God cannot stop thinking about me because of Christ. Just Wow!

I loved most that Moses saw US at the end of time! The few faithful keeping the laws of God and having the testimony of Jesus! Very cool!

If Moses wouldn’t have died I believe Jesus would have been the first to die and be resurrected not Elijah. But Moses was so much like Jesus, that God even allowed Moses to follow his path to the grave and to heaven. So now Moses was the first as “type of Christ”
