Yes sure. Well congruent ka mtlb hota h ek hi direction me koi chiz. Mtlb ke agr kisi ka attitude kisi chiz ke liye positive* hai to vo or zyada* positive ho jae so this will be a 'congruent change'. For example apke mn m thoda boht hi positive attitude hai about pizza, pr jb apki friend ne kaha ke ek bar try to kr so u took a bite and liked the taste. So now you may have a completely* positive attitude or even more* postive attitude towards pizza. Or isi ko ulta agr kr den. Ke apne khaya or boht hi bura lga taste to ab apka attitude towards pizza jo k phle thoda boht* positive tha ab ho skta h ke vo negative ho jae or agr esa hota h so this will be an 'incongruent change in attitude'

Ok so jis sense m is chapter m ye do chize h that's LEARNING. (Seekhna, hm kisi b chiz ko kese seekhte h? ) So ab uske andr ways h kafi sare, un ways m se 2 ways hain, through association* and through modeling*. Now, Association' ka mtlb kisi dusri chiz se link' kr k, associate* kr k seekhna. For example - apko koi teacher achi lgti h unka pdane ka way unka apke sath bond acha h. To ab is vjh se apko vo subject* jo vo teacher pdati h vo bhi* acha lgne lgega. So this means association* k through behaviour seekha gya. Teacher* achi lgti thi isliye* subject bhi acha hogya. And next modelling* to simply bs observation h, kisi dusre ke behaviour ko observe kr k seekhna. Like, ek bcha jo bhi kuch seekhta h vo apne parents ko observe kr k hi sikhta h. So that's all. Basically 3 terms linked hai. - Stereotypes me sirf negative thoughts hote hai ( Cognitive component ) - Prejudice me thoughts ke sath feelings bhi hoti hain ( Cognitive + Affective component ) - Discrimination me in dono ke sath behaviour bhi negative ho jata hai ( Cog + Afct + Behavioral Component )
