Just follow her tips but for the second topic if your not a vip you need to get to an event which has already past the hair's name is "diamond fox heart "or use the same style required but you definitely need "Venus dance"

20:54 I found a lil loop hole, so you don't need to craft Assassin's Fate watever you could put on the agent shirt and bottoms (the on with the swordsman tag)

Guys this is legit and works. The ruin dress is in the shop still and helps. I was able to get some of this stuff (9-7) 16:14 in store and some by crafting (which literally took a 10 seconds to do no extra customizing or anything) tysm and guys you got this

Then you'll need to upgrade your skills. By this chapter you should have them max level.

You don't have to make the maple leaf dress. You can pass the level with S by using Treble Chef.

The outfits used are what I used about a year ago and will allow players who come to this chapter months from now to see what they can use, as who knows what events they'll have played or clothes will be available to them. I'm going to have to try it out, using that piece. Out of curiosity I even checked a few online guides to see what they say, and it's essentially the same thing about all of the required crafting (except for the modern China carp top and bottom, which has changed). I just passed Chapter 9 and am about to start Chapter 10 (Princess). I don't think I had to craft anything else besides the target suite. Like in 9-3 I didn't craft the 'Maple Leaf Coat' and 'Maple Leaf-Read'.

If your skills aren't maxed out by chapter 9, you might need to do that. Also, pile on some other stuff to see if it helps.

Then chances are you'll need to max out Charm, Smile, Critical Eye, and another one like Sleep. I have my skills maxed in this chapter and I was able to complete everything (as you can see). This is the toughest chapter in the game, and that's one of the reasons why as you need all of your skills maxed. I also put the attributes in order of importance (top to bottom), so you'll want Charm to pop on one of the top 2. It just might take you a few tries, but it's completely possible.
