We have got to start talking about self-publishing that doesn't involve only publishing through Amazon's platform or dealing with traditional publishers which is just a waste of time at this point. Ingram has offered offset print on demand services that put self-publishers on the same level as traditional publishers in quality and distribution since at least 2004. That is the sweet spot for authors.
