Eric Claptonが運営するドラッグのリハビリセンター「クロスロード・センター」へのチャリティの一つとしてコンサートが開催された。
ウドー音楽事務所がオークションで落札したEric Claptonのギターを日本の代表的なギタリストに演奏させたライブ。
