ah, that's why I didn't have issues. first thing I did when I learned we could save characters was exactly that... Export. I'm so glad we no longer have to redo our faces each patch.

unfortunately it didnt work for me, i imported exported saved, and even after all that i go to enter persistent universe, and back to character creation, this is unplayable

Same issue here stuck in a charactor create loop, this didn't fix it unfortunately as I only have a save and load button not an export button, nothing helps. Played no problem the other day :(

They renamed import / export to save / load pretty early on after this was power much fixed. Ya may need to put in a support ticket

I am so frustrated that I cannot click on nothing in the Creator and where I put my mouse and click on it nothing happens I also made a video of it on my channel so I don't know what to do at this point

I press the character custemization tab, it is high-lighted, but I can not get into that App. so that character custemizer just not working. any one know any work around?

I can't even launch the game. Character copied, verified files, fresh install of the PTU... annnnnd... "Star Citizen has stopped running unexpectedly"

Did not work for me, still stuck in the loop of character creator and on top of that I have no import or export option. Just save and load. The other day for me it was error code 30009 and a day before that it was another error 2000-somthing. At the rate 3.23.1 is going I will get zero play time.

Maybe try a character repair / look for help on Spectrum / support ticket

@@DigThat32 Been on Spectrum talking and have done everything they are wanting me to try. Character repair, delete user folder, delete characters in the game, verify files, and I am sure I am missing something. Also, on my end I do not have an import or export option.

Import / Export was changed to save / load a day or 2 after it went live. Doubt it's an acct issue, but you could check by trying it on another computer if you have access. Other than that, only thing I can suggest is a complete re-install. Well looks like I joined ya. 30009 error every time I try to log in. Will let you know if I find a fix

Update: Character repair just worked for me, but I believe it was because mine started by logging out in a rental that expired while I was offline. While I was searching I did come across something you may want to attempt. The settings in the video aren't listed on the RSI site kzbin.info/www/bejne/pKCcmquamLOpfdEsi=b4NbPQarfL8Oklu4
