Joey actually had some decent 4 star monsters in his deck but yet in battle city he kept monsters like Battle warrior with 700ATK over others like armored lizard or axe raider, dumb move on joeys part.

Was probably just to sell graceful dice and skull dice better. Like wow it can make a weak Monster better.
