@@DarkestKnight2424 you talking to proko or to me? Either way, I use clip studio A LOT. It has a ton of features and is one the best drawing apps there. It allows you to draw and stuff without paying but many things are limited. Its cheap though, like 10 bucks a month.

This is such a great video, often it can seem like concept art is just creating eye catching designs, but being able to round out those ideas and tell a story adds so much additional value.

Proko, I found your videos two weeks ago while I was looking for videos to help me learn draw. I’m beginning in this Journey, I have doodled around before but never took it seriously, so I wanted to change now. And these two weeks of seeing your first videos of you explaining anatomy and figure drawing, I did my first drawing on my own and I cannot express how better I got just by following your examples. Thank you tons. You truly are the best Virtual hugs Keep it up!

Great video. When Scott mentioned working with great modelers that could fit the gaps, I was in ! I don't mean I'm looking to make porfolios or plan to work this way, but I'm trying to get into character design (or maybe illustration) and the more I learn about how the sheets must be clinical and orthographic, I always wondered ; modelers are artists...I'm sure some could work wiith any drawing...right...? (I think I could do it tbh). This just confirms that great artists exists and I'm willing to work with them :)

I'm in the line between 3D modeling or concept art / illustrator, don't know in which invest my time the more. Both kinds of art are super appealing to me, I guess I've to try both, and then I'll see what to choose, does someone has a good advice?
@tenorsurfer874 жыл бұрын
It's always good to go into what you're passionate about, but if you like both equally, it's my understanding that getting a job concepting is much harder than modeling since there are so many more modeling jobs than concepting jobs. If your goal is to make a living with it, might be good to focus on modeling first till you can make money and then branch out to whatever else interests you? Granted, I'm just a guy on the internet and not a career advice guru but that'd be my plan.
