Sir Can we say in the example model you have shown at 2:00 has two edge dislocations as there are two half planes?

No, there is only one half-plane, the vertical half-plane in the middle.

what are the causes of dislocation....how first plane of upper half joined with 2nd plane of lower half...

Dislocations can get created due to some fault during the growth of the crystal from the liquid phase. It can also get created during plastic deformation, for example, by operation of Frank-Read sources.

To be clear this demonstration was for simple cubic and not face centred cubic?

@@bestcakesdesign Yes. They are crystals. And stainless steel utensils are also crystalline. FCC crystal to be precise.

Sir in line dis. And slip dis. There is one plane have two tpye of dis. Means when in line plane remove half plane so other 1,2,3 plane connect with 2,3,4 and adjust length to 2a to a
