I played the game with both languages and I believe both the English and Japanese voice actors were beautifully cast with people that sounded very closely to each other and both Jp and Eng actors portray the emotions of the characters perfectly

There was a point in the early 00's where if you made a flash it was very likely you could get Kira Buckland to voice in it for free. I remember her and Arin Hanson were in a game as an upgrade to the voice acting, an in-joke that they were in so many flashes. Glad to see she's gotten so far from her starting point.

I've never seen anyone criticize the japanese dub of A2 and the subject here is about 2B and 9S being the dub of the 9S until good, not better than the japanese but good, and that of 2B just bad. 2B is not supposed to be a bitch(you realize that the moment she asks 9S To call her just 2B and then she's embarrassed to call him nines), just focused on the mission but at various times you feel various feelings in her voice(especially when talking to operator 60), happiness, anger amd more, however, in the eng dub she just cold to anyone and in the moments of struggle when she says "ThAt iS nEw" in a calm tone when everyone including her was supposed to be surprised
