Fake. But data miners have found an audio file of Flash reacting to his own resurrection, which means that's gonna happen in one of the free content updates. Either the other heroes will be resurrected too (hopefully Kevin Conroy already recorded his lines if so) or the story will eventually end with Flash doing a flashpoint.

It's kinda sad how everyone (except toymaker) is like "hell yeah, im so glad that our beloved superheros who protected us for years are dead! Screw those guys." I feel like this should be a way more somber situation. Earths losing their greatest protecters and genuinely great people because they were mind controlled by an evil invader against their will. After all the good they willingly did, having such an undignified death that gets celebrated as if they intentionally went rogue sucks to me.

Let's face it, the Arkhamverse has has always been one of the grimist portrayals of the DC universe and while that may have worked in the confines of the hellhole that was the Asylum, when applied to the rest of the verse and played up for audacity, instead of gothic atmosphere, this is the result.
