Romen died at the end of gta 4 so he can't even come to gta 6. Gta 5 confirmed to have been set in 2013 for multiplayer but was then updated in 2017 in the bunker missions when agent 14 mentions 2017 and then casino heist. But then again romen can't be featured as he did die in the end of gta 4. Do more research before you put characters in. The only reason he was in ballard of gay tony is because is set in the exact same timeline niko comes to visit NYC. and hence he appeared in like a little camo in the game but is not possible for him to come into gta 6.

theres 2 endings to gta 4 one where Roman dies and one where Kate dies depending on if you choose to kill dimitri or not so Rockstar could easily say the ending where kate dies and roman lives is cannon also in GTA 5 when you see Jimmy using his laptop hes on life invader looking at Nikos profile and Roman is seen commenting under Nikos post implying the ending in GTA4 where Pegorino kills Kate instead of Roman is cannon sounds like youre the one who needs to do some research before you comment on videos

In gta 5 story mode in Michaels house you can see Nikos LifeInvader page where he replies to Roman and wishes him a happy birthday meaning the canon ending of gta 4 is the death of Kate, not Roman
