Интересно. Не ясно как вы определили резистор R2. Выход с второго вывода приходит на резисторный делитель R2 и R3. Почему меняете именно R2?

Salam zafar bay , it might be ok for making purpose but its not practical circuit. Its too much low current. It might takes 4 to 5 days to charge this battery. So dont play or go aginst electronics laws and nature.
