Sir, charge allowance new rule 1/9/2022 ಪ್ರಕಾರ kcsr rule 68ರಂತೆ aditional charge ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು salary billನಲ್ಲಿ charge allowance ಬರುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಹೇಗೆ ? ಮತ್ತು 1/2/2023 ರಿಂದ 30/9/2023ರವರಗೆ 8 month charge allowance arrears ನ್ನು ಒಂದೇ bill ನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡಬಹುದೇ ತಿಳಿಸಿ.

ಒಂದೇ bill ನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು. Salary ಗೆ add ಮಾಡಲು ಇನ್ನೂ ಅವಕಾಶ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿಲ್ಲ ಮುಖ್ಯಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ಪ್ರಭಾರಕ್ಕೆ.

You make a bill for 3 months first . It will take 7.5% automatically . Then do another bill for remaining period. Without a gap of date.

@@VikrantKelkarKarambaru thank you for your reply sir. sir the order dated on 31.7.2019 from our head office . From aug 2019 to Oct 2019 charge allowance given @ 7.5% from Nov 2019 onwards it will be 15 % ..but it HRMS it's not taking 15% . The basic is 43100 rs for that the amount of charge allowance @ 7.5% is 3232 and @ 15% it is 6465rs in HRMS its not taking 6465rs. Once we put rs 6465 in HRMS it showing "the amount should be less than or equal to 3232rs " Pls guide me about this issue sir
