Roger, I know you get this question endlessly but I'm getting a lot of mix responses. Does fast charging actually damages the battery? What is considered fast charging anyways?

I'm not Roger but anytime you charge and discharge a li-ion battery you damage it due to chemical reactions inside the battery itself. So your question is subjective, on how many times you cycle the battery. As a rule of thumb don't let your battery drop to 30% or below and fast charge to 70% trickle to %100.
