We signed DJ Chark Jr last night & Ive been wanting us to get him in Free Agency for the past two seasons. We've literally added everything we need for the past decade in one off-season. Solidified Right Tackle, Blocking TE's, Big Body RB, WRs with Height & Speed, LB help, quality DB depth, as well as Depth across the roster. The only group that could use more depth is the Defensive Line

Overall, Hortiz has done an amazing job but they still don’t have a #1 cb. There are still some questions & concerns with their DT & CB room and they lack depth at safety. Bozeman didn’t have a good season and he isn’t getting any younger so hopefully he can rebound with having familiarity with the coaching & offensive scheme. Hortiz has revamped their offense in just one off-season which is remarkable. It’s refreshing to have a GM we can trust in making the right decisions.

Daniel Riley - how can you say the Chargers have quality DB depth ? It seems like a misconception some fans have about their own team. The Chargers don’t have a #1 cb. There is still uncertainty with who will be there nickel corner. Having big receivers with speed doesn’t necessarily translate to big production.

The O-line will be better, not just because Tre will be a guard but the coaching will be BETTER! the only weak link COULD be center. Who am I to question Harbaugh. My point. The right tackle in today's NFL game is just a important as the left. That guy in Vegas always attacks from the right side. I respect Crosby's game. PS , Mahomes by far had his worst year , last year & he still gets a ring . QB"S hurt / injured Burrow & Herbert plus a ton OTHERS OR off seasons OTHERS Allen, Hurts , Mahomes is the [ ONLY ] way " Le Mare the horse " wins MVP awards? Mahomes had the most dropped passes last year , BUT, Herbert was catching up , with him, tell the 2nk injured took the season away with 4.5 games still to go ? PS and Herbert HAD a ton of dropped passes in 2022 & 2021 seasons, so that stat is NOT new with him !

I think DD is going to outshine QJ.. I was just shocked when we drafted QJ last year when Zay Flowers was still on the board.. then when we drafted DD I was much happier.. to me QJ has a shot to really come out and ball out and I really hope that he does, but in my mind DD has the size and speed to just create severe miss matches on deep routes.

Quinton Johnson might just do better this year! Staley could not have gotten the "BEST" out of any player... Speaking defense - there was one game last year (I think it was against the Steelers) in which the Chargers defense flew around the field despite having Staley as HC. In most other games it looked like they were just walking through the motions. I think that with the new coaching system, the defense will be much improved. Additionally with the new strength and conditioning coach, Ben Herbert, there might be fewer injuries.
