Actually mobile battery has internally protection circuit. Although mobile battery is fully charged its long strip type protection circuit below the terminal itself draws some current for which red light glows even on full charge. Tp5046 fails to understand whether it continue or not that's why it is blinking. This is happening due to double protection circuits.
