As a matter of fact, I did run away from church A to church B without telling the pastor in church A that I left (though I was a member of church A for several years). A few months after I attended church B, I told someone from church A that I left, I just don't know if he had passed it on to the pastor or not. During the covid pandemic, I did not attend church (before the pandemic I was still attending church A), sometime after the pandemic, I simply went to church B without informing the pastor in church A about this.
