She likes him and cares for him. But she prefers Vanessa. Probably just doesn't want to be alone aswell. She was angry and has simmered down. She didn't want him to leave after all. So it is not far fetched to think she might miss him. They've turned her a bit desperate and pathetic recently.

I have to say, either they don't plan on Vanessa and Charity getting back together at all or (at this rate) they are planning on dragging it out so that they get back together this time NEXT YEAR. Either way, the writers are going to lose the viewership of the fan base because some people only watch Emmerdale for this particular storyline. So perhaps when ratings slump, the storyline will change. Typical soaps! 😖

Other than Vanessa's meeting with a possible new love interest, this was just making an even bigger mess than they've already made!! Makes no sense and is NOT even believable where Charity is concerned!! Seems they've finally made up their minds which way to jump with this storyline. Hope they suffer the consequences. Not being overly critical Vanity Scenes, but there's a tiny part missing at the end, where after Charity walks away, Moira says something to the effect that Charity won't fix it, but she, Moira will. Kinda felt important for intrigue and interest. And Paddy's talk with Moira was, as well. So sad to me, this aired the day before Emma's birthday. But... Happy Birthday, Emma!! Love your performances!! You're an AWESOME actress!! So sorry they are trashing your character this way. Yet, maybe it's better for your career in the long run. Can only hope so. Hope for the best, prepare for the worst and you won't be so disappointed... kinda makes the depressing fall or let down a bit easier to deal with.

This storyline makes no sense "I miss him" since when (I think am done with emmerdale for awhile) Charity and Mack had no chemistry and obviously weren't right together before they even split ,now after all the Vanessa stuff,plus the way he left and how Charitys acted since ,at this point emmerdale have destroyed any chance of us being able to look at Mack an Charity as a proper couple,her complete 180 isn't going to make viewers accept them together,espesially since we have "ill never give up on us" ringing in are heads ,what are the writers thinking,would of made more sense if Charity got with someone who isn't Mack or Vanessa, theres no consistency atall ,p.s doesn't matter how much chemistry V and this new love intrest have,it will forever be Vanity to me,no matter how much the writers mess things up , rant over.(copy and pasted most from my comment yesterday) (Charity mooning over the photo of her and Mack felt like the most unrealistic thing emmerdale has done and that's saying something. )

Only seen 20 seconds of Suzie & I don't like her. No chemistry at all. Didn't like Mack Prat either. Will hate watching these scenes but see how it goes. Charity & Vanessa ave been apart long enough. my complain is not really about the storylines but about the complete 180 charity’s seemed make over night. it’s fine if she misses mack and wants to fix things with him but why not show her missing him during the time he was gone? instead they showed her pining over vanessa constantly. so it’s hard for me to believe she suddenly, out of nowhere, cares for him when there’s been no indication of that in the past.
