Get an easy to read translation of the Bible like the NLT and begin by reading the gospels & then read through the New Testament...you might want to skip Revelation for the time being. That's a tough one to understand as a new Christian or even someone whose been saved awhile. Read a Proverb a day & some Psalms as well. Talk to God & pray & seek out a good Bible teaching church that focuses on the Word, not hype or motivational pep talks with a lot of stage props. Just good solid Bible teaching and worship that focuses on Jesus, not us. May God lead you and guide you on this newfound journey my friend.
