Hi Rosie, its 12.35am and this is the first I have sat my bum to a seat all day. I work as a mental health and well being coach as well as an activities director in a nursing home. Today was particularly hard since we had to go on complete lock down (the reason I am so late home) it was an emotional day with the elderly heartbroken that they cannot see their children, grandchildren and in a lot of cases great grandchildren in our home, then on the flip side to that was the "children" (some of who are in the high risk category themselves being over 70 ) equally heart broken. PLEASE don't stop what you are doing! At the end of my day I love watching what "Rosie does next!" - That's what my family say - Oh Mum's watching what Rosie does next lol. Thank you for bringing a sense of relief and happiness when it is so hard to find at the minute. Keep doing what you are doing and keep shining! - Much love and stay safe

Ah your comment has made me really emotional. How sad for the elderly who rely on these visits from family etc to brighten their days and having to have these visits stopped. I know its important to keep people safe but we have to give a little thought for those that are suffering...its so sad,bless them!!!

Hello Rosie, it's a pleasure to be transported to "Rosie's World" so keep up the good work. My Husband and I (I sound like the Queen ha ha) are not going out as we are in the "high risk" group and haven't seen our Grandchildren for nearly a week. My daughter is shopping for us but leaves the things on the doorstep and I have to wipe everything with disinfectant wipes (her instructions) before I take them out of the bags to put away. We talk but stand about 6 feet apart. It's very necessary as she and her family are terrified anything happens to us. Me, I sorted some cupboards on Monday, Gardened on Tuesday, Spring cleaned the conservatory on Wednesday, and Spring Cleaned the sitting and dining rooms today - can I say I'm somewhat shattered. Enjoy your time with your children, it'll be hard I know. One of my Granddaughters has been working so hard for her GCSE's but of course she'll not be sitting them now. Sorry, this has turned into War and Peace but please keep up the good work, even though I dare not go to the shops you can be my substitute retail therapy!! x

I don't have friends due to me not being able to socialise. You are a breath of fresh air I have started trying my hand at crafting. Ie card making, using my scan n cut to make different things from stoage boxes to phone holders, toys and pieces of home decor. Rosie, we must all carry on as normal as possible and your channel is a breath of fresh air to us all. We need to somehow manage to keep our chins up and not lose our sense of humour above all else. My husband and I are in our 60's and Hubby is in a high risk group so we have self isolated to make sure we stay clear of people, even our boys and their lovely wives and our grandchild whose 5th birthday that we shall miss soon. I love to wait until the week end and see what Rosie has put up this week, my husband catches me watching you and says ooh is that you lady you like watching, I say yes this is Rosie Henshaw I say. What is she showing you this week and I tell him. Please do not stop putting up your films it obviously keeps you happy and it does us all too so you keep smiling, keep laughing and keep showing us whatever is going on this week. I appreciate you will not be doing so many shopping hauls and the like but I am sure whatever yo find to film about will be just as entertaining.
