I believe this is very simple: If Charizard king is not providing the full agreed upon percentage of the sold price, then he is scamming. If Charizard king is providing the full agreed upon percentage of the sold price, then he has nothing to hid.

Fraud and breach of contract. 5% was agreed upon. 4.5k asking was the minimum the owner wanted to accept. That doesn't mean you can pocket the extra. That means he's not willing to sell for under that amount. Anything over 5% of end buy price (minus site fees) that was taken by CK is theft. Can easily be sued for difference (as well as possibly more for failure to uphold his end of the bargain) as well as jailed for stealing money.

I looked this video very neutral. I aswell bought some stuff earlier from Charizardking 1. The thing about the Lugia sell is not really clean but on the other hand if i read the conversation i understand that the lowest price which he sells is 4500 and the comission rate is 5%. I mean if i sell a car for 20k im aswell dont get the price how the trader is reselling it. Is it Clean? No. But his wishes was fullfilled, he even got more. Idk - but in this hobby every shop is trying to get highest margins. i think its not the best customer care what you can do in such a situation but predictable when you call 4500. Sellers should always give the price they really want as lowest. 2. In Middle of the video there is coming in just random a screenshot about a COL display where the screenshots says he has took hits out of a COL Display. I mean I opened several Displays of COL and you cant weight the shinys out. This part of the video is for me just ,,hype´´ to get views. Otherwise explain, but this just looks like 0 content and 0 proof. May you can provide here more context`? 3. the communication of this customer is aswell horrible. Asking several times for proofs of payment and other things. I mean everyone knows that money transfers need some time. Charizardking didnt had here good communication skills aswell - but i think there was a lot of more texts in the past. I just can say that in past when i ordered stuff i always got the things i ordered. In boxbreaks i always had fun and there was always hits. Charizardking is for me still a very reputable seller and middleman.

And your okay with that? lol. That's not what the seller signed up for, he agreed to sell for as much as possible and give 5% finders fee. I would expect FULL transparency of the entire conversation between buyer and seller of the transaction agreed upon he has ZERO reason to hide those chats other than to hide the final sale price.
