Watch Full Episode Here: • Full Moon | Brilliant ...
The Brilliant Idiots is a comedy podcast from the Loud Speakers Network featuring Charlamagne tha God, host of Power 105.1’s radio show, The Breakfast Club. Andrew Schulz is a world touring stand up comedian known for his work with MTV and
independently successful comedy projects, “4:4:1 - a comedy experience by Andrew Schulz” as well as “52 weeks of stand up.”
The Brilliant Idiots is a podcast just as unpredictable as its hosts. From power 105's hit radio show "The Breakfast Club" comes Charlamagne tha God and stand up comedy's rulebreaker, Andrew Schulz. From music, comedy, relationships, to pop culture, politics and current events, everything is on the table for analysis. But take what you hear with a grain of salt, because while their perspectives are often brilliant, they're liable to be idiotic too.

In the podcast realm, Schulz can be heard on the wildly popular THE BRILLIANT IDIOTS - co-hosted by nationally syndicated radio and television personality Charlamagne tha God - the hilarious sports commentary podcast FLAGRANT 2, and the film and TV analysis podcast WESTERBROS. It's willful ignorance. They are afraid to look up the facts because they are desperate to keep their narrative. If there was a button that could be pressed that would instantly make all racism in the world vanish. the majority of blacks and all white leftists would never push it. They need it. It is their lifeforce. Black people need it because it is their only excuse to why their communities are utter failures. If they didn't have the "racism" excuse they would be forced to look in the mirror and see where the real problem lies. "Racism" gives them that excuse to commit crime, quit school, sell drugs etc etc.

@@blasfame1 Charlemagne is correct and that is good for him to stand up for Rittenhouse in that manner in terms of the self-defense. But he obviously isn't aware of the gun situation and the fact that it is not illegal. Rittenhouse was unable to purchase the gun because he was not 18. It is legal in WI for 16 and 17 year olds to use the weapon, however. So it is not illegal and that is why the charges were dropped. Next he says Rittenhouse's mom dropped him off and she should be in jail. This is also not true. His mom did not drop him off, he was there that night before, spent the night at his friends, and working there that same morning. He was literally already there. It's great that Charlemagne stuck up for Rittenhouse on the self-defense argument, but it is not okay to spout off things that are simply not true and perpetuate garbage, things that he probably heard on the likes of CNN. This goes for anyone- before you give your two cents, know a little more about what you're talking about.

@@thadlincolnii7398 It is NOT a loophole. It is the law. Read it and all of its standing statues. It isn’t sexy, or fun, but it is written in plain English. Arguing that the prosecution wouldn’t have tried to prosecute Rittenhouse over “it”unless they had due cause is silly. They also tried to have him convicted of several other offenses that didn’t stick either, and not because of any unintended wiggle room left by some private interpretation of ambiguous legislation. I disagree with your assessment on the state of the 2A, and do not believe open carry to be an act of extremism, but rather a right protected in some states by law. Edit: I believe African American teens can be, and are as capable of thoughtfully and carefully handling a sporting rifle as any white teen given the same level of maturity - and character. I’m not a racist. Edit: The prosecution doesn’t levy charges it “feels” the defendant is guilty of. It is only concerned with what it might be able to (beyond a reasonable doubt) prove. The kid said he asked to protect the used car lot, which is illegal, it’s called vigilantism and the owner never came out and said they even had permission. The kid became an aggressor by bringing a gun to a protest for no particular reason. And the fact that his dad lives in Kenosha is irrelevant because it doesn’t give him an alibi since he wasn’t visiting his dad, didn’t go to his dad afterwards, or even tell his dad he was there. @@tmzz3609 actually no you don't. Rifles do not need to be registered in NY state. In most states rifles don't need to be registered. Pistols are extremely difficult to get here though. It's a long drawn out process. Took a friend of mine damn near 6 months to get her pistol permit. Not a concealed carry permit. Just a simple permit to own a pistol. They have stuff really backward in this state. They have gun laws on the books that they can't even legally enforce. We have a ton of ignorant politicians passing laws that make zero sense and some that contradict other laws. That was actually the issue with kyle not getting charged for carrying that gun. There are two conflicting laws on the books in Wisconsin. Politicians are to focused on sneaking in some shady BS buried under these publicly promoted laws that they miss the conflicting laws that make the new law not legal. There is an old gun law that was made to protect hunters. Yes I know he wasn't hunting. However like the judge stated, "the laws are defined by the statutes within the lawn not the title of the law." That particular law allows a 17yo to open carry a rifle of any type so long as it meets a specified distinction. Nothing in the satute defines where it's legal to carry a rifle. Sure it's a loop hole. But blame that on the politicians that make those laws. This charge would have never made it to trial if the judge knew that the rifle was within the defined description in the law. He admitted that he thought that the prosecution already check this and that's the only reason he allowed the charge. After they measured the rifle barrel and overall length of the gun the judge realized it was perfectly legal for kyle to carry it as defined by the law. He also expressed that this wasn't his first case where these conflicting laws have came up during a trial he was involved with.

That is why Rittenhouse gave money to his friend to get the firearm. If Rittenhouse knew purchasing this item was legal then why did he give money to his friend to get it for him? I literally just told my neighbor that was upset over this case what really happened, cause they never watched the footage. Don’t be upset over something the news tells you. Just look at facts…. Why is that hard?

That requires that neighbor to go “above and beyond,” to figure out the truth. Aka, sit down for a half hour and just try to learn on their free time.

@@loljk9443 the footage is like 2:00 or something. But yeah, they’ll spend their time on televised news cycles 🤷🏻‍♂️

Why does Charlamagne condemn Kyle Rittenhouse as a racist, but when he speaks of Darrell Brooks he blames it on depression, mental health issues or drugs?

I’m from the U.K. yet it’s still glaringly obvious to me that Kyle acted lawfully and defended himself. It worries me that some Americans don’t understand their own self defence and gun laws, but I do!?

Yes sir! Everyone on this planet has the right to protect themselves from being harmed. When everything goes south it is "you" vs those who wish to harm you. Sorry the UK doesn't see it that way but thank you ,Brindians, for see the facts as they are. Peace to you and you family.

Ah yes, a peaceful BLM “march” in the middle of the night, on the outskirts of Kenosha in front of burning buildings and police barricades...

i don't think he was at a BLM march... it was a riot by people who wanted a reason to riot. as far as self-defense: it is better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6.

@Kerry Smith that's fair, and i get it... but my statement was solely in reference to self-defense. i suppose if we weigh the pros and cons of our legal system, the statement is not as succinct; however, while (at my age - almost 45) i may not kill someone to save MY life, i will damn-sure defend MY family and ANY child... if that means going to jail for the rest of MY life: worth it! the same can be said for losing MY life. KR was 17 at the time of this incident. he was, in my eyes, a boy on the cusp of manhood. i would have laid down my life for him or ANY other 17-year-old in his situation. the fact that he chose to fight for his own is a good thing. he will never have to question the worth of his life again... it is worth 2 lives. i am former LE and i once held a 9-year-old boy in my arms as he died. his drunk mother stumbled away from her car to ask me if he was going to be okay. if beating that woman to death would have brought him back, i would have done it. IF it would have changed anything, i would have done it... and i would have gladly gone to prison for the rest of my life. i was in my 20s then, but that night killed me a little inside. it also made realize who, in this world, was truly important. i am not one of them, but that boy had every ounce of potential to be one of the few. (i will not tell you his race. why? because it doesn't matter in America! HIS potential was limitless. mine was set. his mother got 3 years probation and actually got caught driving under the influence [not alcohol] less than 7 months later when she ran a minivan with 3 children inside off the same interstate her son died on. thankfully, they all lived... i am told she stumbled away from that one as well.) PTSD is b!tch... i hope she has gone through some amount of what i have after watching that boy -- who never really lived -- die in my arms. that was not the first person i have had to clothes the eyes of once they were gone, but his eyes haunt me still. 1st world problems, eh?
