Thanks for sharing this video, its appreciated. I worked auditioning for season 6 & 7 & now I was reading for season 9 the show will finish. I hope not! I wanted to talk to the Directors & Priducers & Jen the writer to put in a new character & give a new idea. They haven't called me, in over 2 months. It's all good. I wish Dasha, the best, Congratulations. When I met the Orange is The New Black cast I was so Happy. Then they didn't called me, after season 8, that's ok. I worked for about 2017 to now beginning of 2019 & it's been 2 months since they haven't called me. But that's ok, is all good. God, bless her & I wish he success & blessings. Amma keep dreaming to see if God, sends me an opportunity like her soon😃

OITNB used to be my shit and she was one of my favorite characters. Anyways, She said she was working on her bachelors and masters so How was she managing the operating room at a hospital if she didn’t have a bachelors or masters ? I’m just curious

I believe that she was an operating room manager and in school for Nursing. There are accelerated Nursing programs where you can earn your Bachelor while working toward your Masters in Nursing. She was already in management because she was an RN and had a Psych degree. The least that is required for an operating room manager is an RN and some clinical leadership. Some organizations may prefer a BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) but leadership experience can usually be substituted. The MSN is not usually required for that position but nurses who desire to go into case management and administration usually pursue the advanced degree for career growth. She was explaining that she was on that leadership path in healthcare already so she wasn't exactly a starving artist.

I was looking for this interview and stumbled on an interview charlamagne did with Nicki Minaj that was on one of her albums. After listening to that and then listening to this I realised why these interviews don’t seem genuine. It’s bc charlamagne is fake. He not really interested but he’s pretending to be and saying the right things. He obviously never liked Nicki Minaj but when I heard him on that interview he was not behaving that way at all, it was just so fake 🙄 in this interview he doesn’t seem interested but he’s just acting like he is. Almost as if he’s caught on to an empowering women movement and jumped on it. Yet there are so many examples of him tearing down black women. Anyway I won’t be listening or watching an one on one interviews with Charlamagne again. I’ll stick to the breakfast club.
