I am NO WHERE near, Dascha color (my granny was born in Belize and grew up in Honduras and came to the USA) but I was looking at Dascha prior to her stating she was afro Latina and I was saying will she address that? Will she stand for her people?! She did literally 1 minute later, I can see it a mile away, She is a beautiful black Latina lady. Glad she is PROUD!!!! The world needs more like her.

I appreciate that bluntness gets to the point quickly. I don't understand people who beat around the bush for 15-30 minutes sugarcoating the issue when one or two sentences said in less than a minute would've done the job.

I'm a Hollywood agent and In this business, you will never know when your opportunity comes. Just try your best to master the craft and in due time you will get your chance. Note: Casting is though the eyes of white women, gay white males and white men. In Hollywood, I can name all the black casting directors on 1 hand. My advice is to understand the inter-workings of the business.

Smart woman. Don't trust this industry at all. It's colder than ice. For example, Sherman Helmsley (actor who played George Jefferson) from the classic show The Jefferson's found out the show was cancelled from a newspaper.

Diversity in the work place really only exist in certain parts of the country. Even with that, they give people the titles but do not train them properly for the roles. Too many people adopt the (Short term) mentality of well I get paid so I do not care if they train me properly or not, not realizing how that is a set back in the long run. You also still have businesses that only have all one race that dominate the major roles in that company.
