I think those black people, and teenage people you talk about have been holding onto a feeling of hopelessness from experience(a) and found an issue or issues to try to build a movement where they get an excuse not to vote and let whatever happen happen. People with hope and believe in their effort do not sit on their hands and blame. I think those people you mention need to man/woman up and say they feel hopeless and are ok with sabotaging others rights in order to make a stance.
