Saved me money again Petty! Thanks! I love the alpha, but you have to be able to hit your target. Seeing how much you derped with a maxed out accuracy build showed me all I need to know; especially considering 6.0 right?

The gun is Derpy even for 6.0 standards! (Imagine if it was pre 6.0 accuracy 💀💀) The only thing with that is at least the hidden gun dispersions seem good because the aim circle doesn't bloom nearly at all. The Shell velocity is the true destroyer of the tank. It absolutely awful. Honestly firing prem this tank is completely different with its handling (shocking I know when the velocity is over 400m/s better)

People don't often think to tbh with you and with it being new aswell I don't think they quite got where they could pen it (like the lower plate being shot at when it's actually stronger than the upper plate contrary to most other tanks)

Tank is ok but could do with buffs. One good feature is it can brush aside low pen guns such as Bourrasque not firing gold. One comparison i found interesting is a friend compared it to a Chimera as far as the gun goes on a tank with good armour.

Don’t overlook as well that the first game in Lakeville was over inside the 3:30 mark. In the last game, only 5 enemy tanks registered more than 500 direct damage. Both of these occurrences are very common.

@@E3.20 Look at that third game, the reds were on their arse early on yet half the team is still camping the ridge whilst he tries to push the main heavy flank with tier 6 mediums. Even when they're down to 4 tanks they're still on the ridge!

Kran for me because I prefer th hull down god playstyle of it with the mobility. But the T57 is a DPM god which just dishes out damage mad quick. Both are great tho, it's just my personal preference tho, definitely both worth going for

Also, how do you remember all the information about the individual tanks? Like what tank has what pen values? Or which gun is stock on a particular tank or the turret for that matter. you need to autoaim more with the standard AP rounds at long distance. since the shell archs alot you can hit some people behind cover easier

Yeh the Inferno only has less pen, that's it really. (And worse soft stats, the gun blooms massively on movement and Hull traverse whereas that's not a thing really for this) the shell velocitys god awful.

The gun is the worst part. Turret can be useful but the hull itself is not the hardest to pen. If you want a derpy 440 alpha gun just get the 50tp pr or the inferno chimera. Chimera has speed that the charlemagne doesn't and the 50tp pr has more reliable armor and similar gun depression

Watching the video, not one shot went where he aimed it, even the fully aimed shots on the IS5 at 100m went outside the aiming circle.

The Inferno is definitely the most similar to this tank, better mobility, similar gun handling, same alpha and just as good hull down, just worse pen. The shell velocity is the killer for the tank generally tho because it makes the rounds do funky stuff.

@@Petty360 I'd use the inferno in basically every scenario over this thing. Premium ammo kinda fixes the pen loss compared to the Charlemagnes good standard pen. Inferno turret also has spaced armor so it has a one up against HEAT and HE

Struggling to see where this tank fits? Looking at my T8 heavies pretty much all of them have better DPM, ammo speed, aim time, and accuracy. Even the ones with similar alpha/pen guns have 2x or 3x better shell velocity and with better armour too! (Defender, Mauerbrecher) for comedy T3 TD FCM 36 PaK 40 HAS BETTER DPM! 😆😆😆

The gun handling is nearly the same as the 50tp Proto, it's got better stats than the Defender for it's gun (and soft stats) its just got 10 degrees of GD over that tank. (Shell velocity is the killer and worse than pretty much all tanks) its just a heavy alpha slugger, keep yourself in the game and keep slamming big damage in to people while hull down

@@Petty360 yah, you can do that being a good player lol, if I tried it the results may be different.. 🤔😉 in any case it's a brand new premium heavy that has the worst DPM of any none autoloading T8 prem heavy. The Lowe is better in every conceivable way even as one of the 1st premiums that has been power crept into irrelavence. Imagine a Lowe with a horrible derpy gun?? I'll pass thanks. Cheers for the video, although you have the ability to make crappy tanks look good lol

In my experience it's not bad, similar to the Chimera just without the mobility (but it gets better gun soft stats which means it doesnt bloom as much with the aim)
