As someone who use to live in SA he's just keeping it 100. Bitches got asshurt because he struck a nerve. San Antonio is a city that prides itself in obesity, piss poor dining, being very anti-green, poor education, teen pregnancy, drunk driving, and overall ignorance. Gotta head over to Austin or Dallas to have a good time or any kind of upbeat way of life if you're in that area.
