The fact Draymond Green is ranked higher than Patrick Ewing in 2K is a sin.
@nikosofidemporas3 жыл бұрын
I feel Draymond is(was) actually a very good player and extremely important for those rings BUT people are really distorting basketball history with how they overrate players of this era vs old players and players with Rings against players with no rings. And the worst part is when they rank role players of this era with rings higher than old players that were generational talents and team leaders for over a decade but just did not win a ring (Ewing, Barkley). Draymond is not in the same breath as those guys. Neither is personally guys like Rodman who got their rings and were giving it all defensively but come on he was nowhere near Barkley's level. But people these days might actually rank Rodman higher.
@johnathanmumm46213 жыл бұрын
@@nikosofidemporas if Barkley played today he’d win an MVP... but my favorite is when people say Shaq would be average in today’s league. These boys so soft now, he’d average 30/20a game.
@nikosofidemporas3 жыл бұрын
@@johnathanmumm4621 Of course Barkley would win MVP. He even won one in the 90s. Shaq would dominate of course but it's kinda true that he would have some problems against the fast perimeter 3-point shooting game of today. @@nikosofidemporas Yea, players from past eras actually played the game. Can you actually imagine a real Basketball player looking at a ref and whining about not drawing a foul when the opposing team is on a fast break? Shit's fucking insane man, whatever the fuck we're watching nowadays is just dumb honestly. I was glad that Golden State showed the league what happens when you don't instantly trade away draft picks, but the response to their success is just embarrassing. There's a reason Lebron has nearly 1000 more free throw attempts than the league's all time point record holder. He's about 200 games less than that record holder, yet he gets that many extra tries at the line? Oh yea, and he's traveling while he gets those fouls lmfao. Keep in mind, the guy I'm talking about shot literally ONE three pointer his entire career. You're reading the words of a Knicks fan, painful lol. Just like you said, Ewing didn't manage to get us any rings, but that motherfucker doesn't need rings or the respect from kids who are literally being taught to flop at school, he's already sitting in the record books. :) (Same with Chuck, but fuck Charles Barkley, he spit on a kid at the garden and that's unforgivable). Let's pray perimeter ball doesn't kill the sport and people in the post are allowed to play defense again, maybe the Knicks will win a championship in my lifetime! Fingers crossed lol.

Crazy thing he ain't lying he tore up the bulls in the finals with like the whole team being defensively sound Pippin mj

If John Paxson doesn't make that 3 with no time left, the Bulls lose that series. People talk so much about MJ being clutch and LBJ passing in big moments. Kinda ironic.

Guys use rings as insults. Guys who get them from riding on backs of great players. They should should stop talking. Its easy to say in this era. This era that all need 3 - 4 superstars to win anything. Then act like they were greatest team ever. Lol

Well the reason more stars are needed to win in this era is because the talent level hasn’t ever been this high. Sorry but the days where you can win with one superstar is over. The Warriors were the greatest team in history, you can’t name a team and say for certain they’d beat them.

Warriors don't win any of their recent rings without Draymond so your point is invalid.

Chuck is 1000% right. Draymond talks big shit, for someone who probably wouldn’t even be a starter on most nba teams.

@seedheechhaatee38913 жыл бұрын
Almost Imposible to guard Sir Charles in his prime. Did it almost alone also. No credit to his game. Very underrated. Yes, he was lazy guarding his opponent, but with his true stats he was amazing without any help from the refs (MJ) FG%, PPG and RPG.
